Baxter, The Butler — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using Baxter, The Butler (“BAXTER”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

BAXTER is a Discord community-management application operated by Blackline Studios. Depending on configuration, it may provide moderation, private support tickets, transcripts, role selection, stream announcements, profiles, events, and other community tools. Features may change.

3. Rules

Use BAXTER in compliance with applicable laws, Discord’s rules, and these Terms. Do not misuse the service to harass, exploit, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.

4. Server administrators

Administrators are responsible for their server’s configuration, permission assignments, community rules, and informing members about relevant logging or ticket retention.

5. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for details on data processed through BAXTER.

6. Availability

BAXTER is offered on an as-available basis. Maintenance, platform changes, and technical failures may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Access restrictions

Blackline Studios may limit access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms. Administrators can remove BAXTER from their server.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by applicable law, BAXTER is provided without warranties, and Blackline Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms and update the effective date. Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated through official channels.
